How to Request a Refund
Send us a message on WhatsApp (+1-480-918-4079) or email support@smartsgi.net with the email address used for your order. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–10 business days depending on your bank.
Cancellation
Subscriptions are prepaid for the selected period and do not auto-renew, so there is nothing to cancel — your access simply ends when the period expires. You will receive a renewal reminder before expiry, and renewing is always your choice.
Exceptions
Refund requests made after the 7-day window are reviewed case by case. Accounts suspended for violating our terms (e.g. credential sharing beyond the plan's device limit) are not eligible for refunds.
