Service Description
SMARTSGI provides an IPTV subscription service granting access to live TV channels and video-on-demand content over the internet. The service operates as a content aggregator providing access to publicly available streams. A stable internet connection of at least 15 Mbps is recommended for HD/4K streaming.
Accounts & Credentials
Your login credentials are personal and limited to the number of simultaneous connections included in your plan (1, 2 or 3 devices). Sharing or reselling your personal account credentials outside of our official reseller program may result in suspension.
Payments
Subscriptions are prepaid for the selected period (1 month to 2 years). We accept major credit cards, PayPal and cryptocurrency. Prices are displayed in USD and include all features listed on the pricing page — no hidden fees.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the service for personal, non-commercial viewing only and to comply with the laws and regulations applicable in your region regarding IPTV services.
Service Availability
We target 99.9% uptime with Anti-Freeze™ technology. Scheduled maintenance and rare outages will be communicated via our support channels. Channel lineups may change as sources are added or removed.
